Over 30 years of experience in designing, procuring and installing refinish systems for industrial, automotive and government customers enables us to bring an excellent expertise to any project. 

Projects we have done:

• Consult and design Chinook helicopter refinish facility and equipment including  160' long by 50' wide building divided in middle allowing surface media blasting in half of the building and Carc paint refinishing in the other half, all of the media blast equipment and recovery system, two each air make up systems which had 6.75 mil. btu. direct fire heat units, 230 ton chiller cooling units and humidity wet deck units, connected mix kitchen and connected office space.
• Consult and design a production powder coating line for a truck body manufacturer including surface prep equipment, a powder coating spray booth with powder recovery and a direct fired powder baking oven.
• Design and install a 16' wide by 16' high by 50' long spray booth with steam heat for Warner Robbins Air Force Base.
• Consult and install a 18' wide by 16' high by 40' long spray booth with a direct fire air make up unit with clean air breathing system and mix kitchen for Charleston SC. Air Force Base.
• Consult, design and install a completely enclosed prep booth 20' wide by 9' high by 30' long with a clean room for Charleston SC Air Force Base.
• Consult, design and install a robotic paint spray booth and a robotic metallic surface coating booth using a wire feed welder and dust collector.
• Consult, design and install a media blast booth 20' wide by 20' high by 40' long with media recovery, blast equipment, compressed air system, clean air breathing equipment and dust collector.
• Consult and install a school bus spray booth 16' wide by 16' high by 50' long with two direct fire heat systems.
• Consult, design and install an additon to a spray booth involving moving the existing booth and adding 30' and a second direct fire air make up system to it making the booth 16' wide by 16' high and 60' long.
• We also have consulted, designed and installed more than 80 body shop type spray booths with and without heated air make up, recirculation some with attached mix rooms and some with remote mix rooms.
• We also have worked with open face booth, exhaust walls and electrostatic booths.
